Terms and Conditions
Provisional booking to secure a date and venue may be made verbally or in writing, without obligation. A booking will be held for a maximum of 5 days pending receipt of your deposit.
A confirmed booking will be confirmed when Eat Sleep Work Retreat receives the completed Booking Form and a deposit of £500 is paid. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay and covers any breakages or disturbances. Full payment is required 28 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation following a confirmed booking and before 28 days prior to arrival, Eat Sleep Work Retreat will refund the £500 deposit. If cancellation occurs with 28 days of arrival the £500 deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, the £500 deposit and 50% of the total cost will not be refunded.
If your stay is catered details of special diets should be notified at least one week prior to the start of the event.
In the event of cancellation following confirmation of a booking and before 60 days prior to the start of an event, Dove Nest Group reserves the right to charge 50% of the fee due. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the planned start of an event, 100% of the fees due become liable, although up to 50% of this may be credited against a future booking. In the event of postponement of a scheduled event, Dove Nest Group reserves the right to levy an administration fee.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are fully inclusive except for VAT. Eat Sleep Work Retreat is part of Dove Nest Group which has public liability insurance cover for £5 million.
